## In one breath
Launch a coin or buy one. Your first buy gives you a referral code. Anyone who buys through your code joins your tree,
and their buyers count too, three levels deep (100 / 25 / 10 percent). Each night at 00:00 UTC the Coach, a set of coded
rules (not a model), scores recruiters on real buyers who still hold, and the top ten of each coin split that coin's pot
in plain SOL transfers from the public pot wallet. No one is promised income; some days the pot is small.

## How the money works
- Curve trading fee: 3.5% after a 60 second anti-sniper decay (50% in the first second, falling each second).
- Of each trade: Meteora 0.70%, the creator 0.28%, the coin's daily pot 0.50%, mlm.quest 2.02%.
- Launch: 0.05 SOL. Hold $27 of $MLM and your launch fee comes back in the nightly run.
- A first buy placed inside the launch transaction pays 3.5%.
- Graduation at about 85 SOL to Meteora DAMM v2: 5% graduation fee to mlm.quest. Graduated pool: 4.25% LP fee,
  LP 60% mlm.quest (10% of it locked forever) / 40% creator.
- Codes: three levels, 100 / 25 / 10. Your sponsor is set by your first buy through a code and never changes.
- The Coach: real buyers who still hold, 0.01 SOL size floor, drops self-referral (wallet funded by the referrer)
  and wash (sold inside the hour). Top ten per coin split the pot by score at 00:00 UTC.

## Flows
- Buy with a code: /buy/?code=<code>&coin=<mint|ticker>. The site asks POST /trade/tx for the transaction, your wallet
  signs and sends it (Wallet Standard), POST /tx/confirm indexes it, and your member card shows your own code and link.
- Launch: /buy/?mode=launch. Name, ticker, one line, one of six stage pictures, optional first buy (0 to 5 SOL).
  POST /launch/tx returns one transaction already signed by the new mint; your wallet signs and sends it.
- Until the mainnet config is created the API answers 409 and the buttons read "Opens with mainnet launch".
  Nothing is signed and nothing leaves the wallet.

## The look
80s direct-sales seminar, done premium: glossy cobalt, chrome trophies, gold lapel pins, VHS training tapes,
motivational posters. Fonts: Noto Serif Display, Jost, Share Tech Mono. Light theme = house lights, dark = stage lights.
- Theme switch: a lighting-desk fader. Stage lights: the house goes black and a follow spot opens.
- Wallet: the welcome pack. An envelope opens and your member card slides out with your code.
- $MLM pill: a gold member pin.
- Toasts: the sales ticker. Real trades when there are any; before that a sample reel, marked "sample".
- Footer: the org chart that ends at "You."
- Code: typed onto an overhead-projector transparency. Click it to finish the typing at once.
